Intervista al Capitano di Vascello, Marco Gargano ideatore e organizzatore della mostra ARS GENIUS per i 140 anni dell’Arsenale Militare.
Quale l'idea di partenza per le celebrazioni dei 140 anni dell'Arsenale?
